目的探讨神经黏附分子L1(L1CAM)在重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测62例重度子痫前期、22例正常晚孕胎盘中L1CAM的表达。结果与对照组相比,重度子痫前期胎盘中L1CAM表达显著上升(P<0.05);L1CAM在早发型子痫前期胎盘中的表达比晚发型子痫前期胎盘显著上升(P<0.05)。结论滋养细胞L1CAM高表达可能是早发型重度子痫前期发病的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of neural adhesion molecule L1 (L1CAM) in severe preeclampsia placenta. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of L1CAM in 62 cases of severe preeclampsia and 22 cases of normal pregnancy. Results Compared with control group, L1CAM expression in severe preeclampsia placenta was significantly increased (P <0.05). L1CAM expression in preeclampsia placenta was significantly higher than that in late onset preeclampsia placenta (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of L1CAM in trophoblast may be one of the causes of early onset severe preeclampsia.
