建立了核电站安全壳牛腿结构分析的力学模型,用有限元法分析了其强度与位移,用光弹性实验测定了牛腿的应力分布,两方面的结果吻合较好。结果显示,牛腿后加筋板的加强作用不明显。因此,考察了几种简化的牛腿结构及其应力分布,得出了一种合理的简化结构形式,即去掉后加筋板、腹板采用倒梯形形式、去掉下翼缘的一部分。该结构能满足牛腿的承载要求,对其受力状况改变甚小,且节约了钢材,简化了工艺,有利于减轻焊接残余应力和焊缝开裂趋势。
The mechanical model for analyzing the structure of the cowl of the containment of nuclear power plant was established. The strength and displacement of the structure were analyzed by finite element method. The stress distribution of the leg was measured by photoelasticity experiment. The results are in good agreement. The results show that the strengthening effect of the stiffened plate is not obvious. Therefore, several simplified structures and stress distributions of the corbels were investigated, and a reasonable and simplified structure was obtained, that is, the rear stiffener was removed and the inverted trapezoidal web was used to remove a part of the lower flange. The structure can meet the bearing requirements of the corbels, change the stress conditions of the corbels little, save the steel, simplify the process, and help to reduce the welding residual stress and the tendency of the weld cracking.
