针对我国西南地区难选硅-钙质胶磷矿,采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对其进行了柱式双反浮选工艺的研究.以硫酸和磷酸作为磷矿物抑制剂,脂肪酸类药剂PA-64作为碳酸盐矿物捕收剂,胺类药剂GE-601作为硅酸盐矿物捕收剂,考察了磨矿细度、药剂用量、循环泵工作压力等因素对浮选指标的影响.研究结果表明,采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱双反浮选工艺,可以得到精矿P2O5品位30.49%,MgO含量0.73%,磷回收率81.03%的浮选指标,简化了胶磷矿浮选工艺流程.
Aiming at the refractory silicon-calcium silicate phosphate rock in Southwest China, the column dual reverse-flotation process was studied by using swirling-static microbubble flotation column.Using sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as phosphate mineral inhibitor, PA-64 as a carbonate mineral collector, amine agent GE-601 as a silicate mineral collector, investigated the grinding fineness, dosage of reagents, circulating pump working pressure and other factors on the flotation index .The results showed that the flotation index of P2O5 grade of 30.49%, MgO content of 0.73% and phosphorus recovery rate of 81.03% can be obtained by the dual-reverse flotation process of cyclone-static microbubble flotation column, Mine flotation process.
