从社会主义新农村建设的背景入手,通过研究和分析目前我国农村住宅建设现状,结合国外一些农村住宅的建设模式,对我国社会主义新农村住宅建设的发展作了一些探求。主要针对住宅的节能省地,建设质量,建造技术,住户参与和专业指导(住户自建和统一规划)等方面进行论述和探索,希望能为新农村住宅的建设寻找一条独具特色和适合时宜的发展之路有所贡献。
