§7.1 板材的成形性及其试验方法一、成形性分类通常将板材的成形性划分为深拉伸性、胀形性、凸缘延伸性和折弯加工性四个基本类别。实际加工中往往是这些成形的复杂组合。当求以断裂为对象的成形极限时,弄清楚加工中的主要变形属于这四类中的哪一类是非常重要的。对应上述分类,在表1中给出了模拟试验的各种试验方法。成形性试验就是通过这些试验模型求出材料、模具尺寸、润滑等对成形极限的影响。此外,还有以掌握材料固有性质为主
§7 sheet forming and test methods First, the formability classification Usually sheet forming formability is divided into deep stretch, bulging, flange extension and bending of the four basic categories. The actual processing is often a complex combination of these shapes. When seeking the forming limit for fracture, it is important to figure out which of these four categories the major deformations in the process belong to. Corresponding to the above classification, various test methods for simulating test are given in Table 1. Formability test is through these test model to find the material, the size of the mold, lubrication and so on forming limit. In addition, there is also to grasp the inherent nature of the material
