气缸套是柴油机上的重要零件,质量好坏直接影响柴油机的使用性能和经济效果。船用低速大马力二冲程回流扫气柴油机气缸套,具有结构复杂、体积大、重量大和技术要求高等特点。采用普通铸造工艺,很难获得优质铸件,最高报废率曾高达50%以上。自1973年7月研究应用低压铸造新工艺以来,气缸套的质量显著提高,报废率小于8%。现将研究及其应用情况介绍如下。
Cylinder liner is an important part of the diesel engine, the quality of a direct impact on diesel engine performance and economic effects. Low-speed large-capacity marine two-stroke back-flow scavenged diesel engine cylinder liner, with a complex structure, large size, weight and high technical requirements. The use of ordinary casting process, it is difficult to obtain high-quality castings, the maximum scrap rate was as high as 50%. Since July 1973 research and application of low pressure casting new technology has been significantly improved the quality of cylinder liner, scrapped less than 8%. Now the research and its application are described below.
