金属铝对植物具有高细胞毒性,但其对中性土壤中无脊椎动物的生态毒理研究极少。采用国际标准组织(ISO)和OECD(207)指南中的滤纸接触法和人工土壤法,测定金属铝对蚯蚓的急性毒性。试验结果显示,铝对蚯蚓具有较高的毒性。滤纸接触法半数致死浓度(LC50)为20~200mgAl/L;人工土壤法LC50为518.20mgAl/kg干土。在滤纸接触法试验中,金属铝对蚯蚓的急性毒性高于重金属镉和铜,而在人工土壤法试验中金属铝对蚯蚓的急性毒性高于重金属镉低于重金属铜。蚯蚓对铝的污染很敏感,尤其是其上皮组织。因此,必须重视铝的毒性。试验为进一步研究铝在蚯蚓体内的富集和生物降解提供依据。
Metallic aluminum is highly cytotoxic to plants, but its ecological toxicity to invertebrates in neutral soils is extremely poor. The acute toxicity of metal aluminum to earthworms was determined using the filter paper contact method and the artificial soil method in the guidelines of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the OECD (207). The test results show that aluminum has higher toxicity to earthworms. The median lethal concentration (LC50) of filter paper contact method was 20 ~ 200 mg Al / L; the artificial soil method LC50 was 518.20 mg Al / kg dry soil. In the filter paper contact test, the acute toxicity of metal aluminum to earthworms was higher than that of heavy metals such as cadmium and copper. However, the acute toxicity of metal aluminum to earthworms in artificial soil test was higher than that of heavy metal cadmium. Earthworms are sensitive to aluminum contamination, especially their epithelial tissues. Therefore, we must pay attention to the toxicity of aluminum. The experiment provided the basis for further study on the enrichment and biodegradation of aluminum in earthworms.
