目的研究石榴籽油的提取工艺及其体外抗氧化作用。方法以酶法提取及正交实验优化提取工艺;用Schaal烘箱法考察石榴籽油的体外抗氧化作用。结果石榴籽油脂提取的最佳工艺参数为:固液比为1∶3(g∶mL),酶解温度为55℃,酶解时间为2 h;石榴籽油脂有较强的体外抗氧化作用,并与维生素E有一定的协同增效作用。结论酶解法提取石榴籽油,效率高、能耗小;石榴籽油脂有一定体外抗氧化作用,且与维生素E有协同增效作用。
Objective To study the extraction technology of pomegranate seed oil and its antioxidation in vitro. Methods Enzymatic extraction and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the extraction process. The anti-oxidative effect of pomegranate seed oil was studied by Schaal oven method. Results The optimal extraction parameters for pomegranate seed oil were solid-liquid ratio of 1: 3 (g: mL), enzymatic hydrolysis temperature of 55 ℃ and enzymolysis time of 2 h. Pomegranate seed oil had strong antioxidant activity in vitro , And vitamin E have a synergistic effect. Conclusions Enzymatic extraction of pomegranate seed oil has high efficiency and low energy consumption. Pomegranate seed oil has some antioxidant effects in vitro and has synergism with vitamin E.
