目的建立生活饮用水中痕量铅的火焰原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法对其测定方法中关于仪器条件、吸附富集和洗脱条件、操作方法以及方法的线性范围和最低检出限、精密度和准确度等进行试验探讨。结果样品用改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球(m-PMMA)富集10倍后,该方法最低检出限为7.2μg/L,回收率在93.8%~106.0%之间,相对标准偏差为2.6%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、精密度好,准确度高,抗干扰能力强,可以用于水中痕量铅的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace lead in drinking water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The determination of the instrument conditions, adsorption enrichment and elution conditions, methods and methods of operation of the linear range and the minimum detection limit, precision and accuracy were tested. Results After 10-fold enrichment with m-PMMA, the detection limit of this method was 7.2μg / L and the recoveries ranged from 93.8% to 106.0%. The relative standard deviations 2.6%.
