第六届全国人大常委会第24次会议通过了《中华人民共和国水法》,并决定在今年七月一日正式实施。《水法》是新中国成立后的第一部水的大法,是我国自然资源的重要法律之一。到目前为止,我国已先后颁布了六个自然资源方面的法律:即森林法、草原法、矿产资源法、渔业法、土地管理法和水法。这样,国家关于自然资源方面的法律就基本齐备了。我国历史上太平盛世时期都是法律严明的时期。一个国家,政治要安定,经济要发展,一定要法制健全,一定要以法治
The 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People’s Congress passed the Water Law of the People’s Republic of China and decided to formally implement it on July 1 this year. The “Water Law” was the first water law after the founding of new China and was one of the important laws of our country’s natural resources. So far, China has promulgated six laws on natural resources: the Forest Law, Grassland Law, Mineral Resources Law, Fisheries Law, Land Administration Law and Water Law.
