围绕工序能耗偏高问题,分析了莱钢60万t链篦机-回转窑投产初期焙烧温度偏高、返矿量大、热量利用率低等主要制约因素。通过优化空气与煤气比例降低焙烧温度、改进布料系统降低返矿量、推行低水分造球技术、提高热量利用率、减少漏风率等,使工序能耗降低15.09kg/t,年产量增加13.53万t。
Focusing on the high energy consumption of the process, the main restrictive factors such as high roasting temperature, large amount of ore to be reused and low heat utilization rate were analyzed when Laigang 600,000 t grate-rotary kiln started its operation. By optimizing the ratio of air and gas to reduce the roasting temperature, improving the material recovery system to reduce the amount of ore to be reused, introducing low moisture pelletizing technology, increasing the heat utilization rate and reducing the air leakage rate, the process energy consumption is reduced by 15.09kg / t and the annual output is increased by 135,300 t.
