建立了豆类蔬菜中二甲戊乐灵的残留分析方法.样品经乙腈振荡匀浆法提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,浓缩定容后,用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定.通过研究提取方法、洗脱剂比例及用量、仪器参数等对回收率、净化效果的影响,优化了检测方法.二甲戊乐灵的最低检出量为1×10-12g,在蔬菜样品中最低检出浓度为0.001mg/kg,在0.05mg/kg、0.1mg/kg、0.5mg/kg 3种添加水平下,方法回收率范围为88.17%～95.90%,变异系数范围为4.18%～9.84%.方法快速、准确、灵敏,重现性好,适用于豆类蔬菜中二甲戊乐灵残留量的检测.
