唾液腺放射性损伤导致的口干是头颈部肿瘤放疗后最常见的晚期并发症之一,目前仍缺乏简便、无创、实用的临床唾液腺损伤评估手段。磁共振弥散加权成像是近年来开展的唾液腺功能评价方法,具有无创、无辐射的特点。现就不同技术对唾液腺功能评估的研究进行综述,探讨头颈部肿瘤患者放疗前后唾液腺功能变化评定方法的发展。
Radiation injury of salivary glands caused by dry mouth is one of the most common late complications after head and neck cancer radiotherapy. At present, there is still a lack of simple, noninvasive and practical means of assessing clinical salivary gland injury. Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging in recent years to carry out salivary gland function evaluation method, with non-invasive, non-radiation characteristics. Now on the different technologies of salivary gland function assessment of the study reviewed head and neck cancer patients before and after radiotherapy salivary gland function assessment of the development of methods.
