随着社会和经济的不断发展,我国的建筑工程得到了充分的发展。但是目前我国的建筑工程在项目成本管理这一块,还存在在很大的问题,工程管理人员不能及时有效的对项目建设成本进行管控,这不仅导致了很多问题的发生,同时还制约了建筑工程的发展。本文就通过对目前工程项目建设成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,从而探讨如何在施工过程中进行项目成本管理的有效措施。
With the continuous development of society and economy, the construction of our country has been fully developed. However, at present, there is still a big problem in construction cost management in our country. The project management staff can not control the project construction cost timely and effectively, which not only leads to many problems, but also restricts the construction project development of. In this paper, through analyzing the existing problems in the construction project cost management, this paper discusses how to carry out the project cost management effective measures in the construction process.
