目的分析核酸检测技术在基层血站血液筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2015—2016年于益阳市中心血站无偿献血志愿者42540例,采用核酸检测技术检测筛查血液,并应用高精度病毒载量检测和补充血清学实验对核酸检测阳性标本进行二次检测,部分标本进行追踪检测,对所有检测结果进行分析研究,总结本地区的核酸检出率与酶免阴性核酸阳性标本感染特征。结果经核酸检测技术显示,HBV-DNA阳性45例,阳性确认率为56.25%。追踪检测HBV-DNA阳性的献血志愿者得知,HBV感染32例,感染率为91.43%。结论在基层血站中应用核酸检测技术,可提高对血液疾病的筛选水平。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nucleic acid detection in blood screening of primary blood stations. Methods A total of 42540 volunteers were enrolled in the blood donation center of Yiyang city from 2015 to 2016. The blood samples were screened by the nucleic acid detection technique and the secondary detection of positive nucleic acid samples by high-precision viral load test and serological test , Some of the specimens were traced and tested.
