渡市洗选煤厂输煤栈桥为两跨长各为44.5m,宽4.74m钢结构栈桥,与同类栈桥相比,具有省钢、垂直挠度及纵向水平位移小等优点。主要措施是采用以高强度钢绞线作为预应力拉杆的预应力钢结构五阶段设计。这种结构不仅能节约钢材,而且可以达到大跨度。它的应用并不限于输煤栈桥,将其用在任何大跨度超静定结构中都可以取得明显的经济效益。本文将重点介绍预应力钢结构五阶段设计、施工、测试及分析。
The coal conveyor trestle of Dushi Washing Coal Preparation Plant is 44.5m long and 4.74m wide steel trestle with two span lengths. Compared with the same type of trestle, it has the advantages of provincial steel, vertical deflection and small vertical displacement. The main measure is to adopt a five-phase design of prestressed steel structures using high-strength steel strands as prestressed tie rods. This structure not only saves steel but also achieves a long span. Its application is not limited to coal trestle bridges, and its use in any large span statically indeterminate structure can achieve significant economic benefits. This article will focus on five stages of design, construction, testing and analysis of prestressed steel structures.
