目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及引发的相关因素,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对300例ADR报告进行归纳和分析。结果:涉及药品136种,抗感染药引起的ADR131例,占43.7%,其次为神经系统用药和中成药,分别占15.3%及12.7%;给药途径以静脉注射为主,占68.3%;临床表现以胃肠道反应最常见,占36.0%;新的和严重的ADR共71例,占23.7%。结论:ADR的发生与多种因素有关,应加强ADR的监测工作,为临床合理用药提供参考,减少ADR的发生。 Objective: To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and the related factors, so as to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: 300 ADR reports were summarized and analyzed. Results: There were 136 cases of ADR caused by anti-infective drugs, accounting for 43.7%, followed by 15.3% and 12.7% of nervous system drugs and proprietary Chinese medicines. The main route of administration was intravenous injection, accounting for 68.3% Gastrointestinal reactions showed the most common, accounting for 36.0%; 71 cases of new and severe ADR, accounting for 23.7%. Conclusion: The occurrence of ADR is related to many factors. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of ADR and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
