研究了W18Cr4V钢离子渗氮─—高频复合处理后的组织与性能。并进行了耐磨性和刀具使用寿命的对比试验。结果表明,该钢经复合处理后,具有较好的表面硬度和良好的耐磨性,显著地增加了刀具的使用寿命。证明该工艺应用于小型高速钢刀具的热处理是可行的。
The microstructure and properties of W18Cr4V steel after ion-nitriding-high frequency composite treatment were studied. And the wear resistance and tool life comparison test. The results show that the steel has good surface hardness and good abrasion resistance after composite treatment, which significantly increases the service life of the tool. Proved that the process used in small high-speed steel tool heat treatment is feasible.
