近年来在叉车转向梯形的设计方面,已进行了许多工作,包括对这类机构的特性分析和设计方法.现在已可不必再用过去的“试凑法”来设计,而且能较快地得出可用结果,但它并不一定是最好的.为此也有人着手了这方面的优化工作,本文是初步尝试的结果.探讨工作的着眼点不在于寻求较好的优化方法,而是放在目标函数和约束函数的建立上,因为这对我们更加重要.探讨中也对比较多(远远多于正常需要)的输出数据进行了分析,目的在于研究这类机构的特性.因此采用方法虽有计算时间较长引的缺陷,但能达到予期目的,而又不致漏去近似于最优的解,同时也浅显易懂,有利于进到教学中去.
