本文介绍了应用CASIO FX-702P可编程序计算机,对六种贝母的薄层色谱图进行最终鉴定的初试。结果根据六种贝母中生物碱的薄层扫描图谱,得到一系列峰高值。按其峰高值绘制成各种贝母的特征图形,使用BASIC语言将图形和峰高值的处理参数编成用于鉴定的计算机程序,输入计算机内,对色谱进行分析鉴定。从而解决了薄层色谱鉴定中,同类品种成分相似或色谱斑点数目相同,而不易鉴定的困难。同时,程序语言可随机储存,在无对照品的情况下,亦可进行鉴定。
This article introduces the initial test of the final identification of the thin-layer chromatograms of six mother-of-pearls using the CASIO FX-702P programmable computer. Results A series of peak heights were obtained from the thin layer scans of alkaloids in the six species of Fritillaria. According to the peak height value, it is drawn into the characteristic patterns of various fritillaria. The processing parameters of graphs and peak heights are compiled into computer programs for identification using the BASIC language. The input chromatograms are analyzed and identified. In order to solve the TLC identification, the similar composition of the same species or the same number of chromatographic spots, but difficult to identify difficulties. At the same time, the programming language can be stored randomly and can be identified without reference.
