青年的存在特征、青年教育的学科性质,决定了它必然会更敏感地对社会的变化作出某种反应。计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型,无疑也要求人们去认识它在青年中产生的某些影响,并提出相应对策。这里,首要的工作应该是:“诊断”,即认真分析适应于计划体制下青年教育的那些做法在市场体制条件下所遇到的难题和困境。本文的初步见解是,在社会转型中,青年教育问题的根本症结在于“错位”,而出路只能是“换位”。
The characteristics of the existence of youth and the nature of youth education determine that it will inevitably respond more sensitively to changes in society. The transition from a planned economy to a market economy undoubtedly requires people to recognize some of its impact on youth and propose corresponding solutions. The primary work here should be “diagnosis,” which is to carefully analyze the problems and dilemmas encountered by those practices that are adapted to the youth education under the planned system under the conditions of the market system. The initial insight of this article is that in the process of social transformation, the root cause of the problem of youth education lies in “dislocation”, and the way out can only be “transposition.”
