利口清含漱液是以中药北豆根和金银花为主的中药含漱液。经多年的临床验证,它对口疮(口腔粘膜病)和牙宣(牙周病)有很好的治疗作用。本研究对该药的主要成份进行了提取与分析研究。结果表明,绿原酸的含量为25.55％(mg/ml)。北豆根与金银花的薄层色谱层析,其试验组与对照组的色谱位置相同。
Likouqing gargle is a traditional Chinese medicine gargle made mainly from the traditional Chinese medicine North bean root and honeysuckle. After years of clinical validation, it has a good therapeutic effect on aphthous (oral mucous membrane disease) and dental Xuan (periodontal disease). In this study, the main components of the drug were extracted and analyzed. The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid was 25.55% (mg/ml). The thin-layer chromatographic chromatography of the northern bean root and honeysuckle showed the same chromatographic positions in the test group and the control group.
