范某某,男,21岁。农民。两脚胫肿胀痿软不能步履5天。1989年6月4日初诊。自述于今年5月29日无明显诱因出现两脚胫肿胀,沉重。次日即行动不便,不疼痛,在当地卫生院服西药(不详)治疗,效果不佳。5月1日两脚胫肿胀加剧,痿软不能任地,送某医院诊治,给予中西药物(不详)处理后,病情仍无好转。今日由其父背来本院门诊就诊,经检查诊断为“急性多发性神经根炎”,急需住院治疗。患者不愿住院,故改服中药,以救沉疴,求医于余。证见两脚胫肿胀,皮肤绷急,色紫红,麻木不仁,痿软不能任地,形体瘦弱,面色萎黄,纳食 Fan Moumou, male, 21 years old.
