以前,农村小学语文教师对素质教育、课程改革都比较陌生,他们认为,农村山高皇帝远,课改只适合大城市,农村改什么呢!如今,新一轮的教育教学改革从城镇波及到乡村。随着新课改的逐步推进,农村小学语文教师越来越感到自身在知识、能力等方面存在着明显的不足,已不能适应基础教育转轨的需要,主要表现在以下几个方面:1、文化素质偏低农村小学语文教师,特别是年龄稍长些的教师,文化水平普遍偏低,距《教师法》规定的学历标准
