刘爱民教授是河南省中医院主任医师、博士生导师、河南省名中医,从事中医临床工作30余载,对皮肤病的中医药治疗有独到见解.从桂枝的中药属性出发,结合现代药理学的研究,进一步阐述刘爱民教授运用桂枝的经验,并结合慢性荨麻疹、湿疹、斑秃等疾病的具体运用进行论述.刘教授善用温法治疗皮肤病,温药的选择又很讲究,不是单纯温阳即可,而是更注重温通的作用,而桂枝的功效与之切合.理解刘教授运用桂枝的经验,辨证方向,即可灵活运用桂枝治疗多种皮肤疾病.
