掘进机左星轮结构复杂,工作条件恶劣,其铸造工艺的制定需要考虑多方面的因素。利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对左星轮的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测了5条旋臂上缩孔、缩松的位置;根据模拟结果设计了冒口和浇注系统。再次模拟后结果表明,该工艺能消除这些缺陷,铸件质量能得到保证。
Boring machine left star wheel structure is complex, poor working conditions, the casting process formulation need to consider many factors. The solidification process of left star wheel was simulated by computer simulation software V-Cast, the position of shrinkage and shrinkage of 5 arms was predicted, and the riser and pouring system were designed according to the simulation results. After simulation again the results show that the process can eliminate these defects, casting quality can be guaranteed.
