顶空分析(Head Space Analysis)并非新技术,由于近年来作为一种样品前处理方式与气相色谱联用才促进其迅速发展。方法原理是将成分复杂的有机样品置于密闭系统中,恒温加热平衡后,测定蒸气相中组分,间接得到组分在样品中含量。它使复杂样品分析的提取、净化程序一次完成,大大简化了样品前处理操作。 Hachenberg等对顶空分析技术已有较全面的论述,Perkin-Elmer公司生产了专用仪器装置。在食品、水质及包装材料等分析中这一技术已得到日益广泛的应用。
Head Space Analysis is not a new technology, as it has been rapidly developed as a sample preparation and GC method in recent years. The principle of the method is that the organic sample with complicated composition is placed in a closed system, and after the mixture is heated and equilibrated, the components in the vapor phase are measured and the content of the components in the sample is indirectly obtained. It enables complex sample analysis extraction, purification procedures completed at once, greatly simplifying the sample pre-treatment operation. Hachenberg and other headspace analysis technology has been more comprehensive discussion, Perkin-Elmer company produced a dedicated instrument device. This technology has been increasingly used in the analysis of food, water quality and packaging materials.
