目的了解山东省疾病预防控制体系检验能力,查找不足,为疾控体系能力建设提供依据。方法应用专用调查表,对疾控体系三级疾病预防控制机构检验能力进行普查分析。结果按照国家省市县三级疾病预防控制机构检验能力标准,省级疾控机构检验能力拥有率为72.52%,市级52.09%,县级60.89%。检验能力标准规定各级必须开展的检验工作项目,只有29.41%的市级疾控机构和39.57%的县级疾控机构能够全部开展。结论全省疾控体系检验能力还不符合国家要求,市级、县级尤其是市级疾控机构检验能力差距还比较大,需要进一步提高检验能力。
Objective To understand the inspection ability of the disease prevention and control system in Shandong Province and to find out the insufficiency, so as to provide the basis for the capacity building of the disease control system. Methods A special questionnaire was used to carry out a census analysis of the inspection ability of the disease prevention and control institution at the third level of the disease control system. Results According to the inspection ability standards of the three provincial disease prevention and control institutions of the provinces, counties, and counties, the provincial-level disease control institutions had an inspection capability of 72.52%, municipality 52.09%, and county-level 60.89%. The inspection ability standards stipulate that the inspection work items must be carried out at all levels, and only 29.41% of municipal disease control agencies and 39.57% of county-level disease control agencies can carry out all of them. Conclusion The inspection ability of the disease prevention and control system in the province is not yet in line with the requirements of the state. The disparity in inspection capacity between municipal, county, and municipal-level disease control institutions is still relatively large, and the inspection ability needs to be further improved.
