目前我国钢结构件的防腐大多沿用传统的涂刷油漆方法,其防护周期较短,维修频繁,不仅消耗大量的人力物力,而且对连续运作的钢铁构件正常运行造成很大困难。热喷涂铝及其复合覆盖层用于钢结构件的长效防腐有其特有的优越性。这种覆盖层是利用热源将铝丝溶化再经高压空气雾化成细小颗粒,高速撞击到经过预处理的钢基体表面上,堆积而成的覆盖层。热喷涂的喷涂工艺常采用火焰喷涂和电弧喷涂。通过各项数据比较,认为电弧喷涂的质量优于火焰喷涂。采用热喷涂工艺进行石油产品储运设备的防腐,国内外已有大量的应用,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
