目前,高职院校的法制教育效果不理想,缺乏实效性。法治教育的本位在于法律素养的培养,其核心在于“法”的内化。法律素养培养的路径有:1)将人文主义的教育理念融入法制教育过程中;2)以全程化、全面性的理念谋划法治教育和法律素养培养;3)要加强正面教育引导。
At present, the effect of legal education in higher vocational colleges is not satisfactory and its effectiveness is poor. The essence of rule of law education lies in the cultivation of legal literacy, whose core lies in the internalization of “law ”. The path of cultivating legal literacy includes: 1) integrating the humanistic educational philosophy into the legal education process; 2) planning the legal education and legal literacy training with the idea of holistic and comprehensiveness; and 3) strengthening the guidance of positive education.
