太极拳具有良好的健身价值,本文从运动系统、神经系统等方面,阐述了太极拳运动对人的良好影响,对于增强大学生职业体能,培养终身体育意识,预防职业疾病具有良好的作用。
Taijiquan has good fitness value. This article expounds the good influence of Taijiquan on people from the aspects of sports system and nervous system, and plays a good role in enhancing college students’ physical fitness, cultivating lifelong sports awareness and preventing occupational diseases.
