为了确定矿石水力提升系统的可行性,首先,计算了加拿大普拉塞尔多姆有限公司(PlacerDomeLtd.)迪图尔湖矿(DetourLakeMine)应用这种系统的最优操作条件。其次进行了财务分析,以估算出矿石水力提升的单位费用。继而将水力提升每吨矿石的费用同使用新钻提升井的提升费用做了比较。结果表明:由于水力提升的单位费用要低得多,所以在迪图尔湖矿安装矿石水力提升系统是可行的。所采用的研究方法十分实用有效,可用于其他矿山进行同类研究工作。
In order to determine the feasibility of a hydraulic lift system for ore, first, the optimal operating conditions for the application of this system at the Detour Lake Mine in Placer Dome Co., Ltd. were calculated. Followed by a financial analysis to estimate the unit cost of ore hydraulic upgrade. This compares the cost of hydraulically lifting each ton of ore with the cost of upgrading the new drilling shaft. The results show that it is feasible to install ore hydraulic lifting system in Detour Lake mine because the unit cost of hydraulic lift is much lower. The research methods adopted are very practical and effective and can be used for similar research work in other mines.
