早在1978年,吕叔湘就曾指出:“10年时间,2700多课时,用来学习本国语文,都是大多数不过关”。所以,我们要常常提醒自己,语文教学的目的就是要培养和提高学习正确理解和运用祖国语言文字的能力。一、注重集体备课,呈现教师的合作性语文教学最大的困惑,不是怎么教,而是教什么?由于内容的不确定性,语文课上得五花八门。把《中国石拱挢》上成“力学课”的有之,把《愚公移山》上成“经济课”的有之。结果上语文课什么东西也没学到。为此,我们要讲团队合作,注重集体备课,要求人人备好每一节课,人人打有准备的仗。我们有四种备课方式:(1)从老师角度,进行教案式备课。(2)从学生角度,进行学案式备课。(3)从课上用什么材料,进行材料式备课。如我校的一位老师在上《湖心亭看雪》时,从网上下载了许多资料,进行材料式备课,并把资料放到学校的 FTP 上,全组又能共享,真
