近年来,中小学生的体质呈现出逐年下降的趋势,引起了社会及学校的广泛关注。阳光体育活动在具体操作过程中及锻炼效果上出现了一定问题。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法,以班主任在阳光体育活动中的重要性为研究基点,并在西安市雁塔区中学通过实地调查,切实分析班主任对“阳光体育”的态度对青少年学生体育锻炼的态度和自身身体素质提高的重要影响。
