我们在过去试验成果的基础上,研究了混合粉等离子堆焊工艺规范对制砖机模板大面积堆焊层质量的影响。在最佳堆焊规范的条件下,堆焊成的模板经砖厂生产考核,使用寿命比原淬火模板提高3—4倍。 采用铁合金机械混合粉末,可显著地降低成本,提高经济效益;堆焊工艺简单而稳定,且无堵枪现象;铁合金材料符合国家资源条件,根据需要可任意调整堆焊层成分,控制堆焊层的使用性能。为堆焊领域增添了新的材料。 这种混合粉大面积等离子堆焊工艺具有推广应用价值。
