兔角膜实质接种绿脓杆菌,制成绿脓杆菌性角结膜炎模型。空脂质体为对照组,氧氟沙星脂质体和氧氟沙星滴眼剂为实验组。治疗6次后,观察结膜和角膜病变,井收集结膜囊分泌物进行培养。结果:结膜病变,第6、8、11天,两实验组与对照组相比都有显著性差异,第6天,氧氟沙星脂质体组明显好于氧氟沙星滴眼剂组。角膜病变,第6、8、11天,氧氟沙星脂质体组好于对照组,有显著性差异,第11天,氧氟沙星滴眼剂组与对照组相比有显著性差异。细菌培养结果,第6天,两实验组与对照组相比,有显著性差异,第11天,氧氟沙星脂质体组和氧氟沙星滴眼剂组的培养阳性率都增加了,但氧氟沙星滴眼剂组阳性率的增加程度高于氧氟沙星脂质体组。结论:氧氟沙星脂质体和氧氟沙星滴眼剂都可用来治疗绿脓杆菌性角结膜炎,氧氟沙星脂质体的作用优于氧氟沙星滴眼剂。
Rabbit corneal inoculum Pseudomonas aeruginosa, made of Pseudomonas aeruginosa conjunctivitis model. Empty liposomes as the control group, ofloxacin liposomes and ofloxacin eye drops for the experimental group. After 6 treatments, conjunctival and corneal lesions were observed, and conjunctival sac secretions were collected for culture. Results: The conjunctival lesions on the 6th, 8th and 11th days showed significant differences between the two experimental groups and the control group. On the 6th day, the ofloxacin liposome group was significantly better than the ofloxacin eye drops group . Corneal lesions on the 6th, 8th and 11th day, the ofloxacin liposome group was better than the control group, there was a significant difference. On the 11th day, the ofloxacin eye drops group had significant difference compared with the control group . On the 6th day, there was a significant difference between the two experimental groups and the control group. On the eleventh day, the positive rate of culturing of ofloxacin and ofloxacin eye drops were all increased , But the increase of the positive rate of ofloxacin eye drops was higher than that of ofloxacin liposomes. CONCLUSION: Both of ofloxacin liposomes and ofloxacin eye drops can be used to treat Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratoconjunctivitis. Ofloxacin liposomes are superior to ofloxacin eye drops.
