领导指导性文件,是反映机关重要活动的,最有价值的一部分文件。这部分文件究竟应如何处理,我们至今还没有得到合理的解决,但是工作要求我们必须考虑这个问题,我想谈谈自己的看法,希望能得到大家的帮助。领导指导性文件是重要的、有价值的文件,平日查找引用也较频繁,假如将这些文件和其他文件混淆一起立卷,显然是不妥当的,我主张把这部分文件,集中一起立卷。怎样集中立卷呢?有两种意见:一是集中到办公室设“领导指导监督类”,把领导性文件都集中到这里;二是
Leadership guidance documents, is to reflect the important activities of the organization, the most valuable part of the document. We have yet to find a reasonable solution to this part of the document. However, the work requires that we must consider this issue. I would like to talk about my own views and hope that everyone can help them. It is clearly not appropriate to lead the guidance documents which are important and valuable documents and to find out the quotations on weekdays. Obviously, if these documents are confused with other documents, it is obviously inappropriate. I would like to put this part of the document together.
