1996年7月子牙河务处新一届领导班子上任以来,河务处的整体工作开展得扎实有效,在我省水利系统逐渐树立起子牙河新形象。本刊今年特辟“子牙采风”栏目,对子牙河务处领导班子建设、精神文明及队伍建设、工程管理、引黄、投资拉动项目的实施等进行系列报道。强有力的领导班子是子牙河务处整体工作得以顺利开展的关键之一。该处领导班子以“三个代表”重要思想为指针,从思想上、组织上、作风上全面加强班子建设,并以此带动全处党员干部职工为单位建设和事业发展多做贡献、做好贡献,出色完成了各项任务,在全处上下形成了求真务实、团结协作、开拓创新的良好氛围。本期首先将该处领导班子建设的成功经验介绍给大家。
Since July 1996, when the new leadership team of Ziya Troop Office took office, the overall work of the Envoy Office has been carried out in a solid and effective manner and a new image of Ziya River has been gradually established in the water conservancy system of our province. This year’s special edition of “Ziyaasuifeng” column, the Ziya River Department leadership team building, spiritual civilization and team building, project management, the Yellow River, investment and other projects to promote the implementation of a series of reports. A strong leadership team is one of the keys to the smooth development of Ziya Department’s overall work. The leading group under the guidance of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is a guideline to comprehensively strengthen team building ideologically, organizationally and in style, and in doing so, all party-member cadres and workers are encouraged to contribute more to the construction and career development of their units We have done a great job in fulfilling various tasks and formed a good atmosphere of seeking truth and being pragmatic, uniting and cooperating, and pioneering and innovating. This issue will first introduce the successful experiences of the leading group construction here.
