本研究针对近年来在云南省蚕豆生产上普遍存在且严重影响产量的蚕豆“花而不实”症现象，进行了四年多的研究。结果表明，该现象是由于土壤有效硼缺乏而导致的一种生理性缺硼症；植株体内Ｃａ／Ｂ值过高也是引起该症发生的一个重要原因。植株含硼量１５．００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，土壤有效硼含量０．４７ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，可以做为判断蚕豆是否缺硼的标准。植株Ｃａ／Ｂ值为１０９１时，钙和硼之间营养代谢协调。亩施硼砂１．０—１．５千克，能有效地控制该症的发生，并获最佳的经济效益；硼砂用量的８０％与磷钾肥或干细土拌匀作种肥施用，２０％在现蕾期和盛花期兑水根外喷施效果最好。
In this study, more than four years of research were conducted on the phenomenon of “Faer non-fidelity” in broad bean production in Yunnan province in recent years, which seriously affected the yield of broad bean.
