选择两例腭顶外形不同的无牙颌患者为受试对象,每例受试对象复制3付上颌全口义齿。特点分别是:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯基托,厚1 mm,聚甲基丙稀酸甲酯基托,厚2mm,钴铬合金基托.在每付上颌全口义齿的基托内装6个应变器,测量最大力咬合和咀嚼苹果、面包时基托的变形.结果发现,聚甲基丙稀酸甲酯制作的义齿,腭顶前份基托变形较大且复杂,基托厚度的增加并不减少变形。用钴铬合金制作义齿基托,可减少义齿基托功能性变形和腭前份基托对支持组织的压迫。腭穹窿深的受试对象,其塑料基托对支持组织的压迫较
Two cases of edentulous patients with different palate top shapes were chosen as subjects, and each subject was given 3 maxillary complete dentures.
