目的了解体能干预训练对某高职院校大学生自我概念的影响,为促进高职院校大学生的心理健康提供理论依据。方法以天津职业技术师范大学的100名在校大学生为研究对象(实验组与对照组各50人),对实验组进行为期3个月的体能干预训练,训练前后均采用自我描述(PSDQ)问卷进行调查,并对其结果进行比较分析。结果经过3个月的体能干预训练后,实验组大学生自我概念各因子得分均高于干预前各因子得分,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);对照组干预前后自我概念各因子得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。体能干预训练后高职院校大学生实验组自我概念各因子得分均高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论体能干预训练对高职院校大学生心理健康水平有积极的影响作用。
Objective To understand the influence of physical training on the self-concept of college students in a vocational college and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting their psychological health. Methods A total of 100 undergraduates from Tianjin Polytechnic Normal University were enrolled in this study. The experimental group received 50% of the control group, and the experimental group received physical training for 3 months. Before and after training, self-description (PSDQ) questionnaire Conduct a survey and compare the results. Results After three months of physical training, scores of self-concept scores of experimental group were higher than those of pre-intervention scores (all P <0.05), and those of self-concept before and after intervention in control group There was no significant difference between the scores (P> 0.05). After physical training, the self-concept score of experimental group was higher in experimental group than in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Physical training intervention has a positive effect on the mental health of college students in higher vocational colleges.
