结直肠癌最常见的远处转移部位是肝脏，有报道临床确诊为结直肠癌时，已有２０％～４０％发生了肝转移［１］。一般认为结直肠癌较少转移到肝硬化的肝脏。我们统计本院１９９０年１月至１９９９年１２月收治的结直肠癌患者３３８例，发现肝硬化患者并不多，而乙型肝炎表而抗原
The most common site of distant metastasis of colorectal cancer is the liver. It has been reported that 20% to 40% of liver metastases have occurred in clinically diagnosed colorectal cancer [1]. It is generally believed that colorectal cancer is less transferred to the liver of liver cirrhosis. We counted 338 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital between January 1990 and December 1999. We found that there were not many patients with cirrhosis and hepatitis B expressed antigens.
