重载交通沥青路面的车辙、水损害等早期病害是近年来在公路建设中倍受关注的问题,而沥青混合料配合比设计是沥青路面设计的重要环节之一,我国常用的马歇尔设计方法与路面实际受力状态和路用性能指标之间存在较大差异。GTM(美国旋转压实剪切试验机)模拟了路面现场压实及汽车轮胎与路面的相互作用,依据力学分析原理进行沥青混合料配比设计,较之经验式的马歇尔体积分析方法更为准确合理,所以在解决重载交通沥青路面早期病害的关键技术研究中应用GTM设计方法进行沥青混合料配比设计已成为当务之急。

GTM (American Rotary Compaction Shear Tester) simulates the compaction of the road surface and the interaction between the tire and the road surface. The asphalt mixture proportioning design based on mechanics analysis principle is more accurate than the empirical Marshall volume analysis method Therefore, it is imperative to use GTM design method to design asphalt mixture ratio in the research of key technologies to solve the early disease of heavy-duty traffic asphalt pavement.
