目的研究皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖的提取工艺及其对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法比较水提法与酶解法,确定提取性腺多糖的最优条件;并对所提的性腺多糖进行体内免疫调节活性动物试验。结果水提样品中多糖含量较低,因此选择酶解法提取性腺多糖,所提性腺多糖中多糖含量占干重70%以上,可用于活性研究;皱纹盘鲍雄性、雌性性腺多糖能够提高免疫低下小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞能力、迟发性变态反应、血清溶血素水平(HC50)。性腺多糖能够修复受损的免疫器官,具有调节小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫的功能。结论皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖采用酶解法提取,性腺多糖能增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To study the extraction process of polysaccharide from abalone Haliotis discus hannai and its immunomodulatory effect on mice. Methods The optimal conditions for the extraction of gonadotrophic polysaccharide were determined by water extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis. The gonadotrophic polysaccharide was tested in vivo for its immunomodulatory activity in vivo. Results The content of polysaccharides in water extract samples was low, so the extraction of gonadotrypsin by enzymatic hydrolysis was more than 70% of the dry weight of polysaccharides, which could be used in the study of activity. Male and female gonadal polysaccharides could increase the immunosuppression Rat spleen index and thymus index, peritoneal macrophage capacity, delayed allergic reaction, serum hemolysin level (HC50). GG can repair damaged immune organs and regulate the humoral and cellular immunity of mice. Conclusion The polysaccharide from abalone Haliotis discus hannai was extracted by enzymolysis, and gonadal polysaccharide could enhance the immune function of immunocompromised mice.
