目的:观察军事演习(军演)对某野战医疗队员焦虑、抑郁情绪及心理压力的影响。方法:选择某野战医疗队员50例,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自制心理压力反应问卷,对某野战医疗队员进行焦虑、抑郁情绪及心理压力测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:某野战医疗队员外训前焦虑、抑郁分值最低,从开始外训后逐渐升高,至军演前为最高;后又逐渐降低,整体呈现倒“U”型。军演前野战医疗队员焦虑、抑郁分值显著高于军演其他时间节点(P<0.05)。女性、第1次参加军演的野战医疗队员SAS、SDS分值分别显著高于男性、≥2次参加军演的野战医疗队员(P<0.05),是否现役、年龄和是否已婚两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。女性、第1次参加军演的野战医疗队员睡眠不好、饮食欠佳、担心身体、感觉孤独和无成就感发生率分别显著高于男性、≥2次参加军演的野战医疗队员(P<0.05);女文职野战医疗队员睡眠不好、担心身体、感觉孤独和无成就感发生率显著或非常显著高于女现役军人野战医疗队员(P<0.05,P<0.01);年龄≥35岁野战医疗队员担心身体的发生率显著高于年龄<35岁野战医疗队员(P<0.05),无成就感发生率显著低于年龄<35岁野战医疗队员(P<0.05);已婚野战医疗队员担心身体的发生率显著高于未婚野战医疗队员(P<0.05)。结论:军演对野战医疗队员的焦虑、抑郁情绪及心理压力有一定影响,应重点关注女性、第1次参加军演的野战医疗队员的焦虑、抑郁情绪及心理压力。
Objective: To observe the impact of military exercises (military exercises) on the anxiety, depression and psychological stress of a field medical team. Methods: Fifty cases of field medical team members were selected. Conclusion: The military exercises have some effects on the anxiety, depression and psychological stress of field medical team members. The focus should be on the female anxiety, depression and psychological pressure of field medical team members participating in the military exercise for the first time.
