一日到厦门采风,在友人设下的宴席上,有一道我似曾相识的菜,绿如草,形若丝,颇似发菜的食用海藻。时下绿色食物最走红,此菜着实诱人下筷。有客问:“这是什么菜?”东道主见问即答:“浒苔。”“就是我们过去常用以喂猪的浒苔?”我诧异而问,东道主连连点头,加重语气地说:”这是绝对没有污染的绿色食品啊。”不消片刻,菜碟里的浒苔早已被几位抢先登陆的食伴席卷入肚了。我只得再提出“申请”,要求再来一碟细细品味。真是今昔不可同日而语,浒苔怎么变得这么鲜美可口?我有点怀疑自己舌头的味蕾失调。东道主见我们争先恐后,大把夹菜,便仿效体育裁判员,作了个暂停手势说:“这是春卷的配料,你们怎么当起主食来啦!”说罢,哈哈大笑起来。
