随着经济水平与科学技术不断地快速发展,人们生活水平整体提高,在此背景下,我国建筑工程行业不断地快速发展。这已经不只是社会经济的发展需要,也是社会的综合发展的基本保证。市政工程预算存在的问题与控制方法的采用对建筑工程行业的影响越来越重要。要加强对建筑工程预算控制方面的主要原因是在建筑工程施工的时候,会存在不固定的因素,所以在对建筑工程预算进行有效控制方法的使用。在建筑工程市场上市场经济是在不断地变化,从而导致建筑工程的预算与控制方法也要跟着不断地进行变化。要制定出合理化、科学化、全面化的建筑工程预算方案与控制方法,就要以建筑工程的整体实际情况为基础,对建筑工程预算实施动态管理与控制模式,促进建筑工程行业的发展。
