通过室内实验研究 ,考察了高、中、低渗透地层中内外泥饼与屏蔽式暂堵的关系 ,并研究了去掉外泥饼和不去掉外泥饼时 ,钻井液和水泥浆对岩心的综合损害。研究结果表明 ,对渗透率不同的地层 ,内外泥饼所起的作用是不一样的。外泥饼的渗透率比近井地带内泥饼的渗透率低 1~ 3个数量级。尤其是高渗透率地层 ,外泥饼的作用至关重要 ,一旦外泥饼被破坏 ,屏蔽带渗透率升高 ,损害加重。内外泥饼越致密 ,就越能有效地阻止固相和液相的侵入。所以 ,优质的内外泥饼协同作用 ,将达到最佳的保护油气层效果。
Through laboratory experiments, the relationship between inner and outer mudcake and temporary shielding in high, middle and low permeability strata was investigated, and the combination of drilling fluid and cement slurry on cores was studied when the outer mudcake was removed and the outer mudcake was not removed damage. The results show that the effect of mud cake is different on the different permeability formations. The permeability of the outer mudcake is 1 to 3 orders of magnitude lower than that of the mudcake in the near-wellbore. Especially in high-permeability formations, the effect of the outer mud cake is of crucial importance. Once the outer mud cake is destroyed, the permeability of the shielding belt is increased and the damage is aggravated. The more dense the mud cake inside and outside, the more effectively prevent solid and liquid intrusion. Therefore, the quality of mud cake inside and outside synergies, will achieve the best protection of the reservoir effect.
