出版是科学研究过程的核心 ,而审稿是出版的核心。在编辑出版工作中 ,要进一步完善审稿的运行机制 ,重视论文的质量审核 ,严格把好质量关 ,以有利于优秀成果的早日发表和使期刊在学术与编辑出版质量水平的不断提高。但我国医学科技期刊编审队伍编审人员年龄太大、知识结构老化、知名度太高 ,难以有足够的精力来审稿 ,审稿人数量太少 ,相对负担过重。因此 ,认真遴选审稿专家 ,组成一支高水平的审稿队伍是迫切需要的 ,有助于保证和提高我国科技论文的质量。
Publishing is at the heart of the scientific research process, and reviewership is at the heart of publishing. In the editing and publishing work, it is necessary to further improve the operation mechanism of reviewers, pay attention to the quality audit of the essay, and strictly control the quality so as to promote the early publication of outstanding achievements and to continuously improve the academic and editorial quality of journals. However, the editorial staff of medical sci-tech periodicals in our country are too old, the knowledge structure is aging, the awareness is too high, it is difficult to have enough energy to review the manuscript, the number of reviewers is too small, and the relative burden is too heavy. Therefore, the careful selection of reviewers and the formation of a high-level review team are urgently needed to help ensure and improve the quality of our scientific papers.
