困难学生档案是助学贷款、困难补助、学费减免以及社会资助和勤工俭学对象确定的重要依据,同时也是评定清寒奖学金的一项重要参考指标。因此,建立健全困难学生档案,对于帮助我们全面掌握困难学生的生活、学习以及实际需要,准确分析困难学生的特征、个性以及如何解决困难学生的生活与学习问题,具有非常重要的作用。本文将对当前国内困难学生资助档案建设的主要内容进行分析,并在此基础上就如何有效建立和完善困难学生资助档案,谈一下自己的观点和认识,以供参考。
Difficult student files are the important basis for determining student loans, difficult subsidies, tuition remission, social assistance and work-study programs, and are also an important reference measure for the evaluation of Profundity Scholarship. Therefore, establishing and perfecting difficult archives of students plays an important role in helping us to fully grasp the life, study and practical needs of students in difficulty, accurately analyze the characteristics and personality of students in difficulty and how to solve the problems of students’ life and study. This article will analyze the main contents of the current domestic student funding archives construction, and on this basis on how to effectively establish and improve the funding of difficult student files, talk about their own views and understanding for reference.
